Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is in a great location near Chiba station, offering spacious and modern rooms, though English communication with staff can be a bit challenging. The convenient location and comfortable rooms make it a good value for money choice.
The hotel's location is just perfect, being right at the train station and super convenient for travel, with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms were clean and cozy, but unfortunately, they were quite small. The service was polite and courteous, although there were some language barriers. The dining experience offered a limited selection, mostly Japanese cuisine, and the facilities were adequate.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were neat and fancy, albeit a bit small, which seems to be common in Tokyo. They were clean, and I appreciated having a LAN port available for more reliable internet connectivity. The service was exceptionally warm and helpful, although English communication could be a bit challenging for specific requests. The location couldn't be better, right by Chiba Station with easy access to parks, supermarkets, and department stores. The dining options were good, with a variety of dishes available at a reasonable price.
The hotel's rooms were rather spacious and quite new, although they had a slight smell. The AC was not very effective, and the shower and toilet were on the small side. The location was very convenient, linked directly to the Chiba JR station in just 2 minutes. The dining experience offered a nice meal for 1000 yen, leaning more towards Japanese cuisine. Service was kind and courteous.
I found the hotel to have beautifully designed rooms, though they were on the smaller side. The AC was not very effective, and the shower and toilet were cramped. However, the location on the 8th floor was nice. The service was mixed with very responsive and accommodating staff but also some unhelpful encounters. The location was excellent, making it easy to come back from exploring thanks to its proximity to various transport options. The dining experience offered plenty of delicious options, though it seemed repetitive at times.
